We’re hugely excited to announce the next course of our much loved Long Lunch Series!

The Long Lunches are bespoke networking events designed to promote deep connection and insightful exchange. These intimate gatherings are catalysts for inspiration, fostering meaningful relationships and ideas that resonate long after the plates are cleared.

What’s Included:

  • A Three-Course Meal: Indulge in a delicious three-course meal in a stunning Ivy Restaurant private dining room, with wine and water served alongside.

  • Drinks Reception: Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival to kick off the afternoon.

  • Exclusive Networking: Connect with 20+ inspiring female change-makers over the course of four hours. To make the most of the event, you'll change seats with each course, maximising your opportunities to meet and engage with a diverse group of attendees.

  • Sponsor-Led Presentation: Gain valuable insights from our event sponsor as they share their expertise and spark meaningful conversations.

From Our Sponsors:

MAC and Behaviour LAB are excited to be working together, to share their combined experience of working with organisations to navigate change, in both the public and private sectors.

We work with a unique model of human behaviour in the organisational context called Systems Leadership Theory (SLT). Based on decades of Psychological research, SLT uses predictive models to enable optimal design for the organisation of work and people.

SLT provides leaders with practical tools and techniques, enabling them to empower their people to willingly give of their best. These can be applied in any context, in combination with each other, or as stand-alone interventions to enable practitioners and leaders to navigate the complex world of humans and change.

What to expect on the day?

The team will introduce you to some of the models and tools of systems leadership theory, and you’ll have the opportunity to discuss with your peers how they could be applied with your clients and organisations.
