Equipping YOU to Lead Change

Summit delegates will be able to attend one session on the day and will be allocated on a first come, first served preference basis.

Breakout 1

Embodied Resilience & Adaptability Through Change

Have you ever wondered why you feel stuck? Why you often come up against resistance (your own or others) to change, even when it's essential for growth and development?

During this workshop, we will explore:

🧠 how we are hardwired to resist change

🌏 the increasing conflicts between our ever-evolving world and ancient neurobiology

💡our deeply embodied conditioning and how it might hinder our progress, potential, and success

🌞why we can't just think (positively!) our way out of stress and overwhelm

🤸‍♀️what the body has to say and why we should listen

🧰 simple and effective tools that will help you to harness the power of your physical intelligence to cultivate sustainable resilience, navigate change, and thrive amidst uncertainty.

Breakout 2

Unlocking Secret Strengths

Research says that using your top strengths can lead to increased success, happiness and life satisfaction. In our 'Unlocking Secret Strengths' workshop, we challenge the conventional wisdom that success and happiness only come from harnessing our recognised strengths.

We believe that our perceived weaknesses hold untapped potential and that what we often view as our 'Achilles' heel' might actually be our unique selling point.

This engaging session encourages self-discovery, focusing on the strengths we might have overlooked, to help individuals shift their perception of themselves, enhancing confidence and overall wellbeing.

Attendees will gain insights into their hidden strengths, and learn how to identify opportunities within their perceived weaknesses which can be applied in professional interactions.

Join us in exploring the transformative potential of turning weaknesses into superpowers, and discover how this shift in perspective can lead to personal and professional growth.

Breakout 3

Mastering the Art of Feedback to Drive Change

If given thoughtfully, constructive feedback creates real, positive change.

Here’s the thing: no one is “naturally” good at giving feedback. It’s a critical skill that’s learned over time with guidance and practice.

This session is aimed at helping you develop your feedback muscle, and arming you with some tools to help you ask for and receive feedback, and to effectively give constructive feedback.

Mastering feedback is a valuable and impactful skill to have in your life toolkit.
